All classes are non-refundable. This still applies during Government lockdowns as classes will be moved to an online platform.

Refund policy for workshops and clinics held at the Yoga Room: Please note: the below does not apply to normal classes.

Please note that The Yoga Room can only provide a full refund (less 10% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date of any workshop/clinic only. Studio classes are nonrefundable. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds, unless the space can be filled from a waiting list and in this case a refund will be offered (less 10% admin fee).

Missed Classes Policy

You must make it up within the 12 week block and you can come any other night and level, subject to availability. We are one of the only centres in Edinburgh that offers this incentive. We understand that life can be busy and complicated and we hope that this incentive will help to make things a little more simple. Another reason to practice at the Edinburgh Yoga Room :) *This applies only for single class term purchases, not full passes. Classes and passes must be used within the term and are not carried over into the next term.
