This is a traditional and classical Pilates class that will have you burning in all the right places. This class focuses on core stability, form, and balance. All levels are welcome. Whether you're a beginner or a Pilates enthusiast - you will be offered modifications and variations to suit your needs.

Tuesday: 7:15 - 8:00am *starting Oct 7

Wednesday 7:30 - 8:15pm *starting Oct 8

Thursday: 7:15 - 8.00am

Monday Lunchtime General Pilates (Levels 1 to 3), with Gill Bertram. Small Group Class with In-Person Attendance for focused, personal attention.

A challenging low impact Mat Pilates class which focuses on building strength, stability, posture and flexibility. Each class will work all muscle groups' strength, especially your core. Classes may incorporate props including balls, resistance bands, lights weights and blocks to increase intensity.

Studio Hire

The Edinburgh Yoga Room is available for hire for yoga, pilates and any other body & mind classes.

The space can accommodate 18-20 yoga mats. It is a light and airy space with a beautiful wooden floor and neutral décor. There are ample toilets and changing facilities. The space enjoys undisturbed peace, as it is situated off the main road on a quiet Edinburgh street.
