No experience is needed—just the willingness to show up and move with care. Whether you're brand new, returning after time away, or simply seeking a soothing practice, you are welcome here.

Classes designed especially for adults 50 and over. With slow, mindful movement, to support with building balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation—at a pace that feels good. Whether brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you are welcome here. Move gently. Feel better. No experience needed—just the willingness to show up.
Yin yoga
Join us for 60 minutes of yin yoga and meditation, designed to help you find space in your body and mind. Expect deep, passive stretches held for a longer period of time in this floor-based class promoting flexibility and relaxation.
