Yin Yoga is often called yoga for the joints. It is a quiet practice that will take you through postures to open your joints and create space. Deep stretches are held for longer to achieve the best results. Classes will include anatomical explanations, support and assistance in the poses, as well as guided breathing and meditation. Will leave you relaxed, uplifted and de-stressed!
