This class is designed for adults of all ages—whether you're 50+ or a young adult—looking for slow, grounding movement to support balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. With calming breath-work, supported stretches, and gentle flows, this practice meets you where you are, at a pace that feels good.
No experience is needed—just the willingness to show up and move with care. Whether you're brand new, returning after time away, or simply seeking a soothing practice, you are welcome here.
