This is an opportunity to sit quietly with others in the Vietnamese Zen tradition of Plum Village. The morning consists of an offering of incense, 40 minutes of silent sitting, and sharing a cup of tea and nibbles.

Sunday Lie Yin with Fiona

What better way to start your Sunday than with a restoring Yin practice. Yin yoga is a series of long held poses, stretching the deep connective tissues of the body, improving flexibility, joint mobility, and regulating the body’s flow of energy. Props are available for support, allowing you to let go of all tension. This class is open to all levels. No need to book!
