This class will work on energising and relaxing participants through breathing exercises and physical yoga postures providing increase focus for the rest of the day.

Sitting At Dawn with Gustav Rydevik
Fridays 7:15am to 8.45am. (Starts 2nd of August.)

This is an opportunity to sit quietly with others in the Vietnamese Zen tradition of Plum Village. The morning consists of an offering of incense, 40 minutes of silent sitting, and sharing a cup of tea and nibbles.
