Introduction to Ashtanga. This course covers the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Much of the initial focus will be on breath work,  alignment, learning to coordinate movement with the breath, and the form of the sequence. We also look at relaxation and meditation as a means to relaxing the mind and body. This course is open to complete novices as well as those looking to return to a practice.  It is aimed at those with a good basic level of fitness.

This course will run for 12 weeks.
