General Pilates Class with Fiona Carter

Pilates is a wonderful movement modality that will help develop body awareness, improving postural strength and balance while reducing stress, aches and pains.  This class is open to all levels so will be geared to the individuals in the class. However, don't think for a minute Fiona won't manage to challenge each one of you, she has an uncanny knack of focusing in on the needs of each body in front of her wether they need to work, stabilise and strengthen or to release, relax and mobilise.
