Gentle yet challenging stretching and strengthening exercises are combined with breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques to prepare your body and mind for childbirth and early motherhood.

mum and baby Yoga

Practicing yoga with your baby helps the two of you bond and have some special time together. It also helps ease mum's achy body and regain strength, whilst baby develops their motor skills and enjoys the sounds and interaction of other babies.
