This is a mixed level class, beginners welcome!

In this hour class you will learn a sequence of postures which are the foundation to all yoga classes as well as the key alignment principles for postures to keep you safe in class. We will also incorporate breath work exercises to guide the physical practice and calm the mind. 

No experience is necessary and even if you have an existing practice it's always worthwhile to revisit the basics.

The Monday class runs to it's own beat.
