Yoga has many different ways to help towards more & sounder sleep & deeper rest.

This afternoon workshop includes:
  ~ key aspects of the science of sleep;
  ~ practical Yoga – movements, breathing practices & restorative Yoga;

  ~ guidelines on using yoga practices to bring more balance into our wakeful day & contribute to better rest & sleep;
  ~ good self management practices for restorative sleep.
