Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga – the counted method
This class will comprise an introduction to the traditional vinyasa count for the asana practice of ashtanga yoga, and a led primary to the choreography of the traditional count. Suitable for those who are practising the whole primary series, or the series as far as navasana (boat pose).

His performing company, Tripsichore, tours regularly throughout Europe, North America and Asia. Mr. Clark is also internationally recognised as a teacher of advanced yoga technique and philosophy whose teachings are sought around the globe. He is a regular presenter and workshop leader at Yoga Journal Conferences as well as a sought after teacher on various Teacher Training Programmes in the USA, the UK, Europe, Mexico and throughout Asia.

Yin Yoga is often called yoga for the joints. It is a quiet practice that will take you through postures to open your joints and create space. Depp stretches are held for longer to achieve the best results. Classes will include anatomical explanations, support and assistance in the poses, as well as guided breathing and meditation. more info
