This 5 week course will focus on learning traditional yoga postures moving at a slower pace to allow the opportunity to feel and explore each particular pose. Coupled with meditative flow sequences to keep the energy moving.
We will emphasise breathing, alignment and stability in order to promote a safe and fulfilling long term practice.
A yoga practice, when done with regularity, is life changing. You will find yourself sleeping more soundly, and feeling a general sense of health and wellness perhaps not otherwise experienced.
